We are proud to share that together, Cinos and Netcall will be exhibiting at the National Police Chiefs’ Council (NPCC) Innovation and Digital Summit 2025, taking place between 20–22 October at the ACC Liverpool.
The Summit will be jointly hosted by the NPCC and key committees for Digital, Data and Technology (DDaTCC) and Science and Innovation (SICC). They will work in close collaboration with the Office of the Police Chief Scientific Adviser and the Police Digital Service (PDS).
Exploring new technologies in public safety
With digital services playing a central role in protecting the public, the event will explore how new technologies and data-driven approaches can be embedded across policing. By uniting senior leaders from UK policing and industry, it offers a unique opportunity to rethink service delivery, maximise investment in IT, and turn innovation into practical tools that support officers, staff, and the communities they serve.
The Summit follows closely on from The Emergency Tech Show (ETS) 2025, where the NPCC, DDaTCC, and PDS acted as official sponsors and helped shape the policing content. This continuity between ETS and the NPCC Summit reflects a shared commitment to strengthening the relationship between policing, technology, and public safety.
Showcasing Cinos Cloud for Blue Light – a phased approach to modernisation
Building on the momentum from ETS 2025, Cinos will once again showcase Cinos Cloud for Blue Light; our UK-sovereign communications platform designed for public safety. By continuing the conversation at the Summit, we can demonstrate how innovation in communications is being translated into real operational benefits for policing.
A central challenge remains how forces can move away from legacy systems while maintaining complete confidence in service continuity. Cinos Cloud for Blue Light addresses this with a phased migration model that makes cloud adoption practical and low risk, allowing forces to strengthen resilience and introduce innovation at a pace that fits their operational needs.
Enhancing emergency communications with Netcall
With forces looking towards the future of public contact, Netcall’s Liberty Converse solution enhances emergency communications with faster, more responsive public engagement. Integrated with Cinos Cloud for Blue Light, it unifies voice, web, and messaging channels with AI-driven call handling and intelligent routing, while integrating seamlessly with existing platforms such as Sopra Steria Storm and Microsoft Teams.
Andy Collis, Strategic Partner Director at Netcall commented “We’re delighted to partner with Cinos at the Summit to showcase how Liberty Converse, integrated with Cinos Cloud for Blue Light, delivers next generation contact centre capabilities that will help policing serve communities more effectively. It’s a powerful example of how technology can play a pivotal role in shaping the future of public safety.”
This Summit highlights how technology and partnership can shape the future of public safety. Cinos Cloud for Blue Light embodies that ambition; a secure, practical pathway to modernisation that helps emergency services evolve with confidence while continuing to serve the public effectively. |
