We are proud to share that together, Cinos and Netcall will be exhibiting at the National Police Chiefs’ Council (NPCC) Innovation and Digital Summit 2025, taking place between 20–22 October at the ACC Liverpool.
The Summit will be jointly hosted by the NPCC and key committees for Digital, Data and Technology (DDaTCC) and Science and Innovation (SICC). They will work in close collaboration with the Office of the Police Chief Scientific Adviser and the Police Digital Service (PDS).
Exploring new technologies in public safety

By uniting senior leaders from UK policing and industry, it offers a unique opportunity to rethink service delivery, maximise investment in IT, and turn innovation into practical tools that support officers, staff, and the communities they serve.
The Summit follows closely on from The Emergency Tech Show (ETS) 2025, where the NPCC, DDaTCC, and PDS acted as official sponsors and helped shape the policing content. This continuity between ETS and the NPCC Summit reflects a shared commitment to strengthening the relationship between policing, technology, and public safety.

Building on the momentum from ETS 2025, Cinos will once again showcase Cinos Cloud for Blue Light; our UK-sovereign communications platform designed for public safety. By continuing the conversation at the Summit, we can demonstrate how innovation in communications is being translated into real operational benefits for policing.
