Intelligent Collaboration, Unified Ecosystems and Security by Design
April 16th, 2025
Yealink’s focus at ISE was clear: next-generation meeting room innovation, the continued evolution of AI 3.0, and a deepening partnership with Microsoft. As a Gold Partner supporting a wide range of clients using Yealink solutions, we met with Alice Liu to explore the latest innovations.
Yealink MeetingBoard C – Intuitive BYOD Collaboration
Leading the showcase was the new MeetingBoard C, a purpose-built BYOD solution for small to medium rooms and open spaces. A single USB-C cable allows users to instantly connect their device and join meetings on their preferred collaboration platform while leveraging the board’s 4K camera, integrated speakers and advanced beamforming microphone array. The 50MP wide-angle lens with a 98.2° horizontal field of view keeps every participant clearly in shot, with AI-driven noise suppression minimising background distractions to maintain clarity throughout the meeting.
Built on the Google EDLA programme, MeetingBoard C benefits from enhanced security, centralised device management and full access to Google Play applications. Remote multi-party whiteboarding and simultaneous multi-device screen sharing further extend its collaborative capabilities, while flexible wall-mount or mobile stand options support a range of deployment scenarios.
Yealink A25 All-in-One Video Bar – Intelligent Performance in Small Meeting Rooms
While on the stand, there was also the opportunity to see the new A25 All-in-One Video Bar in action. Designed for huddle spaces and focus rooms, the A25 features a triple-camera system delivering a 151° ultra-wide field of view, ensuring all participants are captured clearly even in compact spaces. AI-powered IntelliFocus provides close-up views of active speakers, while Video Fence defines virtual meeting boundaries so remote attendees only see and hear what is happening within the designated space.
Certified for both Microsoft Teams and Zoom Rooms, the A25 also supports BYOD functionality and is compatible with the Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform (MDEP), reinforcing Yealink’s security-first approach. Enhancements to Yealink’s touch panel further streamline the experience, allowing users to power displays on or off, adjust brightness and switch HDMI inputs directly from a single interface, removing the need for separate remotes and simplifying overall room control.
One-Stop Immersive Workscape
Navigating a busy stand can sometimes make it difficult to visualise how individual products translate into real-world deployments. Yealink addressed this with its One-Stop Immersive Workscape; a holographic walkthrough of everyday office environments that demonstrated how its portfolio scales from personal workspaces through to complex boardroom and training scenarios.
In just a few minutes, the experience mapped solutions to specific spaces such as the MP58 E2 phones for desk users and the A40 video bar for small rooms. For boardrooms, divisible spaces and training rooms we saw the utilisation of room and partition sensors, CS10-D networked ceiling loudspeakers, CM50 microphone arrays, SmartVision 80 PTZ cameras and MCore 4 kits. The result was a clear, contextual overview of how these technologies combine to deliver consistent experiences across every type of collaboration space.
AVOne: A True Single-Vendor Microsoft Teams Ecosystem
Alongside its room devices, Yealink once again demonstrated AVOne, its fully integrated Microsoft Teams ecosystem designed to remove the friction often associated with multi-vendor meeting room deployments. By bringing audio, cameras, AVoIP, MTR systems, room control and booking into a single-vendor solution, AVOne replaces fragmented architectures with a unified platform that works seamlessly out of the box.
For IT teams and integrators, AVOne delivers standardisation at scale. Yealink’s Workspace Management Portal enables centralised configuration, monitoring and analytics across the entire estate, reducing operational overhead while simplifying support, security and lifecycle management. For Cinos, this unified approach represents reduced risk and greater predictability for clients. A single, validated ecosystem simplifies design, accelerates deployment and ensures consistent performance across every space.
Yealink AI 3.0 – intelligence that works in the background
Under the theme of AI-powered workspace innovation, Yealink continued to advance its AI 3.0 strategy at ISE. AI 3.0 drives its multi-camera systems, intelligent framing and advanced noise cancellation, combining camera, microphone and processing into a single coordinated experience. The system automatically selects optimal viewing angles, tracks speakers and switches perspectives without user input, from bar-and-table setups in medium rooms to multi-PTZ deployments in larger spaces for seamless, inclusive meeting experiences.
Beyond audio and video optimisation, AI 3.0 now extends to Microsoft Copilot integration across the MVC series to deliver smarter, more efficient meetings with automated summaries, intelligent action points and enhanced content review.
Yealink & Microsoft: Ten Years of Partnership, Built on Security
Time on the stand with Alice also gave us the chance to discuss upcoming projects and, importantly, how client requirements around security are increasingly shaping enterprise technology decisions. Conversations naturally highlighted Yealink’s long-standing collaboration with Microsoft, with 2025 marking a decade of partnership, and how this relationship underpins both innovation and trust across their solutions.
A key part of the discussion focused on the evolution of Android-based collaboration devices through Microsoft’s MDEP program. Yealink has been an early adopter, integrating MDEP deeply across its portfolio to embed security by design. Furthermore, combining Yealink’s capabilities with Microsoft Azure adds an extra layer of protection, with features like role-based access control, data isolation, and encryption at rest ensuring compliance with international standards including SOC2 Type 2 and ISO/IEC 27001.
| With a notable proportion of our clients already running Yealink solutions, ISE gave us a valuable opportunity to see their approach to collaboration first-hand. From immersive demonstrations to product showcases, it was evident just how effectively Yealink scales to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences. AI-powered devices and intelligent insights remove deployment complexities and ease the operational load on IT teams, while their long-standing Microsoft partnership ensures security is embedded at every level. It reinforces why Yealink remains a trusted, enterprise-ready partner we are confident recommending to our clients. |
