Critical Calling: What is the best system to support red phone connectivity?

On 25 January 2026, Cisco officially introduced the Cisco 360 Partner Program, marking a significant evolution of its global partner ecosystem. The long-standing Gold, Premier and Select tiers have now been retired, replaced by a modern, outcome-driven framework designed to align partner expertise more closely with customer priorities and measurable business results.

Cinos is proud to have achieved Cisco Preferred Partner status for both Collaboration and Networks; the highest recognition within the new Cisco 360 Partner Program. We also hold Portfolio Partner status for both Security and Services and are accredited as a Managed Services Provider (MSP) for Cisco Powered Services including Business Communications, Webex Contact Center and Cloud Calling.

Moving beyond Gold. What the Cisco 360 Partner Program represents

The Cisco 360 Partner Program has been designed to reflect how customers consume technology in the AI era. As solutions increasingly span multiple technology architectures, the new program enables organisations to quickly identify partners accredited across these areas, helping them achieve their digital transformation objectives with confidence.

Where the previous Gold, Premier and Select tiers primarily reflected certification volume, the new program evaluates partners on demonstrated expertise, customer impact and end-to-end lifecycle delivery across Cisco’s technology portfolios. Technical depth, sales capability, service innovation and the ability to support customers from design through to optimisation are all central to the assessment model.

From Gold Provider to Preferred Partner

Cinos held Gold Provider status with Cisco from 2021, reflecting a long-standing commitment to technical excellence. Under the new structure, that expertise is now recognised through Cisco Preferred Partner status for Collaboration and Networks. Cisco Preferred Partners are acknowledged for advanced technical capability, strong customer engagement, mature lifecycle practices and the ability to deliver specialised solutions aligned to Cisco’s flagship technologies.

This is further supported by our Portfolio Partner Status for both Security and Services, acknowledging our targeted investment in customer engagement, sales, and technical capability. Alongside this, the 360 Partner Program recognises Cinos as a Managed Services Provider, underscoring our proven expertise in delivering flexible, cloud-based and fully managed solutions for Cisco Powered Services across Business Communications, Webex Contact Center and Cloud Calling.

The Cisco 360 Partner Program marks a significant step forward, recognising our sustained investment in skills, services and customer success across Cisco’s core portfolios. Preferred Partners demonstrate deeper and broader capabilities than the retired Gold status, backed by advanced technical certifications, proven customer engagement and robust lifecycle practices.

For our clients, this provides continuity and confidence. We remain committed to excellence in the design, delivery and lifecycle management of Cisco’s technology portfolios, ensuring our clients continue to benefit from best-in-class solutions that support their long-term transformation goals.
