ISO 45001
ISO 45001 is an international standard for health and safety at work developed by national and international standards committees independent of government. It enables organisations to put in place an occupational health and safety (OH&S) management system. This will help manage OH&S risks and improve OH&S performance by developing and implementing effective policies and objectives.
ISO 9001
ISO 9001:2015 sets out the criteria for a quality management system and is the only standard in the family that can be certified to (although this is not a requirement). This standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. Using ISO 9001:2015 helps ensure that customers get consistent, good quality products and services.
ISO 14001
ISO 14001:2015 specifies the requirements for an environmental management system that an organisation can use to enhance its environmental performance. ISO 14001:2015 is intended for use by an organisation seeking to manage its environmental responsibilities in a systematic manner that contributes to the environmental pillar of sustainability.
ISO 27001
ISO 27001:2013 is a globally recognised standard which specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an information security management system (ISMS). Through applying the necessary steps to conform with this standard, organisations can systematically identify, control and eliminate security risks; providing assurances to all stakeholders that their data is safe.
bizSAFE Star
bizSAFE STAR recognises that the Cinos PTE Workplace Safety and Health Management System (WSHMS) identifies, manages and controls workplace risks or hazards in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and international standards such as ISO 45001.
Investors in People – Gold
Cinos have achieved the internationally recognised ‘We invest in people’ Gold accreditation from Investors in People. This achievement represents that all the necessary people-focussed strengths have been established in many areas and that our people and leadership take full ownership of the practices we have in place to support our people.
Cyber Essentials Plus
Cyber Essentials Plus is the advanced level which certifies that Cinos was assessed on-site by an independent certification body and our ICT defences were assessed as satisfactory against commodity based cyber-attacks. This builds upon our basic certification which shows Cinos have met the necessary fundamental requirements for firewalls, secure configuration, user access control, malware control and patch management.
Safe Contractor Approved
Cinos have been awarded accreditation from Safecontractor for our commitment to achieving excellence in health and safety. The accreditation recognises that Cinos adhere to all relevant legal requirements in order to provide very high standards in health and safety management.
Prompt Payment Code
The Prompt Payment Code (PPC) sets standards for payment practices and best practice and is administered by the Chartered Institute of Credit Management on behalf of the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS). Compliance with the principles of the Code is monitored and enforced by the Prompt Payment Code Compliance Board. The Code covers prompt payment, as well as wider payment procedures
Constructionline
Constructionline is the UK’s most connected and progressive provider of procurement and supply chain management services, making contracting simpler. It ensures that suppliers meet a range of standards which have been developed by the BSI and approved by the UK government. As a Silver Member our details in the PAS 91 Mandatory (C1-C4) sections are verified, using real-time dynamic data.
Living Wage Employer
The real Living Wage is the only UK wage rate based on living costs. It is an hourly rate that is calculated annually by the Resolution Foundation and overseen by the Living Wage Commission, based on the best available evidence about living standards in London and the UK. As a recognised accredited Living Wage employer, Cinos has committed to pay the real Living Wage to our staff and regular contractors.
EcoVadis Bronze
EcoVadis evaluates companies across several key areas including Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement. Their rating methodology aims to measure the quality of a company’s sustainability management system through 3 management pillars: Policies, Actions, and Results. The EcoVadis Bronze Medal places Cinos among the top 35% percent of companies assessed by EcoVadis.
