Cinos Pte Ltd achieve Sennheiser Accelerated Growth Partner of the Year

We are delighted to share that once again, Cinos will be exhibiting at the Emergency Tech Show 2026 (ETS 2026). Visit our team at Stand J112 at NEC Birmingham, 16-17 September to explore our UK-Sovereign Cloud Communications Platform built specifically for Emergency Services.

About The Emergency Tech Show

The Emergency Tech Show is the UK’s leading event dedicated to the technologies and innovations shaping the future of emergency services. Bringing together more than 8,000 attendees, 150 exhibitors and a comprehensive programme of expert-led sessions, ETS 2026 offers a valuable opportunity for decision-makers to explore emerging technologies, share insights and discover solutions that will help shape future investment strategies.

Cinos: A Trusted Technology Partner for Emergency Services

For nearly two decades, Cinos has been a trusted technology partner to public sector organisations, helping modernise the technologies that underpin critical service delivery. Working across emergency services, government, healthcare and critical national infrastructure, we design, deploy and support solutions that enhance operational performance, strengthen resilience and enable long-term transformation.

At ETS 2026, we’ll be showcasing how those principles have shaped our UK-Sovereign Cloud Communications Platform for Emergency Services. Built for mission-critical environments where failure isn’t an option, it brings together unified communications, contact centre and control room integration within a single service, delivering 99.999% uptime, seamless interoperability with existing systems and full compliance with UK security frameworks.

Our flexible deployment model supports on-premise, hybrid cloud and cloud-native deployments, enabling organisations to modernise at a pace that aligns with their operational, security and risk requirements.

Through a single communications platform, emergency services can:

Improve 999 Call Handling Times

Emergency services rely on fast, accurate communications. By combining communications, contact centre and operational systems within a single environment, calls can be routed quickly and intelligently to the most appropriate operator, helping reduce delays and improve response times when every second counts.

Reduce Agent Workload

Operators work in demanding, high-pressure environments. By automating processes such as incident creation, THRIVE assessments and call wrap-ups, the platform helps reduce administrative workload and improve efficiency. More importantly, it frees operators to focus on critical incidents and meaningful public interactions.

Enhanced Information Surfacing

Effective decision-making depends on accurate information being available at the right time. Through integration with core policing systems, including records management (RMS) and computer-aided dispatch (CAD), the platform surfaces relevant information at the point of interaction, enabling faster decisions and more effective incident response.

Unified Experience, Better Outcomes

Rather than relying on separate communications, contact centre and operational systems, organisations benefit from a connected experience that brings together people, processes and information. This simplifies workflows, improves collaboration and creates a more consistent experience for both staff and the public they serve.

From Strategy to Reality: Police Scotland’s Communications Transformation

Those benefits are already being realised by emergency services organisations today. At ETS 2026, visitors will have the opportunity to hear first-hand how Cinos helped Police Scotland modernise communications and public contact as part of one of the UK’s most ambitious transformation programmes.

At 12:30pm on 16th September, EST Studios (Stand P85) will host a keynote session featuring Jono Darlington, Senior Solutions Architect at Cinos, alongside Chris Perry, Chief Technology Officer at Police Scotland. Together, they will explore Police Scotland’s communications transformation journey, which has helped modernise communications and public contact services across a national policing organisation serving more than 22,000 officers and staff.

The session will examine the challenges of transforming critical communications at scale while maintaining operational continuity, improving collaboration and supporting evolving public expectations. Attendees will gain insight into how modern communications platforms can help create the digital foundations needed to support future innovation, operational effectiveness and enhanced citizen engagement.

Like many police forces, Police Scotland faced the challenge of modernising an ageing communications environment while responding to changing public expectations and new ways of working. During our session, we’ll explore how a modern unified communications and contact centre platform has helped create a foundation for improved public engagement, stronger collaboration and future innovation. We look forward to sharing those insights at ETS 2026 and welcoming visitors to Stand J112 to continue the conversation.

The keynote offers an opportunity to hear how a national policing organisation has approached communications transformation in practice. As forces respond to the ambitions outlined in the Home Office’s From Local to National: A New Model for Policing white paper, the importance of connected communications, collaboration and operational systems will only continue to grow.

Throughout ETS 2026, the Cinos team will be available on Stand J112 to discuss these challenges in more detail and demonstrate how our UK-Sovereign Cloud Communications Platform is helping emergency services modernise communications, improve public contact and build the digital foundations for future transformation.
